Chennai's K Sasikiran defeated Bulgaria's Aleksander Delchev to win city of Pamplona International Chess Tournament in Spain. Sasikiran is ranked world No:35. The triumph would take him into 2007+ rating club. Sasikiran expects to be rated higher by January 2009 with his performance in Croatian League which won him 18.30 Elo points.
