Younis Khan submits resignation from captaincy [Tuesday, October 13, 2009]
The pakistan captain Younis Khan quitted the captaincy after he was grilled by the National Assembly Standing Committee on sports regarding the team's performance. The standing committee had asked Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ejas Butt Younis and coach Intikhab Alam to explain the reason of their defeat. However it was not known immediately whether the pakistan cricket board has accepted his resignation or not. News is that the PCB has rejected his resignation.
