India clinched a six wicket win in Chepauk stadium to go one up in the test series against England . Team India were off to flying start , chasing a daunting 387, thanks to Shewag , the mom , whose quick fire 85 brought back memories of his 319 he scored here at the M.A.C stadium . The loss of a few wickets brought India down to 224 for 4 and with the match in balance Sachin peeved anchor as Yuvaraj put on a partnership of 163 and took India home. Sachin's 103 was his answer to critics question of his performing at crucial junctures. He rated his 41st century as one of his best and he dedicated it to all those who lost their lives in the recent Mumbai terror attacks. He also thanked England for coming down to India despite the security concerns. 

           Dhoni has now become the first Indian captain to win his four test in chain and said that Shewag's innings was the turning point. With India going 1-0 up, the pieteesen considered England unlucky and viowed to come back in the Chandigarh test.
