Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi said that a delayed decison followed by a hasty announcement has amounted to the current state affairs in Telengana. “What we understand is that there should not be a delayed decision followed by a hasty announcement,”said Mr Karunanidhi expressing his views on the way the centre handled the issue. Mr Karunanidhi totally ruled out the call of PMK leader Ramdoss for bifurcation, on the grounds that it was totally unnecessary. “There is no such opinion either in DMK or among the people of the state,”, said the Chief Minister in response to the PMK leader's demand on saturday.
