Deriving inspiration from central approval for creation of telengana, the Pattali Makkal Katchi leader S Ramdoss proposed for the bifurcation of Tamil Nadu for better administrial control.“Small is beautiful. Smaller states bifurcated out of bigger ones have been doing really well on the development front. Bifurcation of Tamil Nadu will be good,” said the leader.Mr Ramdoss had proposed the plan around ten years back for which he had to face stiff opposition. It is well speculated in the political circle that proposal will be resisted by the ruling DMK as well as the centre. However, the new proposal of the PMK leader has sparked off new tiffs in the political circles.
