The election of V Narayanaswamy as the Union Minister from Puducherry Lok Sabha constuituency has been challenged before the Madras High Court. S P K Dhamodhar of Mudaliarpet in Puducherry who was the chief election agwent for BJP candidate fro the constituency has filed the petition alleging that the Congress candidate in his affidavit had falsely declared that no criminal case was pending against him.
