The resurrected corporate India is planning for a big revival with huge hiring plans and higher pay packages. The decisions of the corporations are also signalling a rising confidence in economic growth and a new economic recovery. Hewlett Packards Associates Practice Leader Sandeep Chaudhary seems so optimistic about the whole thing. “We think Indian companies are getting ready for the revival and plan to hire strategically going forward. 2010 looks to be a good year from a salary increase perspective,” says Sandheep. The business analyst and the new generation of personnel does not believe that there will be rapid strides in the economic growth. But they believe that things will surely better up in very little time.
