The Small and Medium Scale Businesses are relying on technological improvements to keep themselves competitive ,efficent and cost effective. The individual budgets of SMB's are  comparatively small and hence they rely on IT for efficiency. Market Intelligence Provider, IDC predicts that by the end of this year close to 35 percent of the SMB's will be using some form of video conferencing to run their business. Targetting the SMB customers, large vendors such as Dell, Cisco and IBM are trying to tap the market by intrioducing products that are specially meant for SMB's. Most of these vendors have hence launched special services to suit the requirements of SMB's.
