The findings of the fifth annual UPS-ABM 2009 (Asia Business Monitor) survey, the Small and Medium Enterprises in India are most optimistic of economic recovery and growth this year among other countries in the region. Despite the impact of the slowdown on their business, it is encouraging to see SME's ,the key contributors to the economy being optimistic even amidst the challenging business environment.
