The Tamil Nadu government on thursday launched a web portal that will act as the window of information to all prospective investors in Tamil Nadu. The web portal was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu M K Stalin. The web address is www.investingintamilnadu.com. The website offers all detailed information regarding investments ad investing in the state. The website was designed by the Industrial Guidance and Export Promotion Bureau. It is  highly user friendly and can be used by a step by step approach. sources say that the state attracted a total investment of Rs 46,091 crore in manufacturing sector since 2006 May.
