The Maytas Infra company which was involved as a part of the Sathyam scam will be managed by government nominated directors Ved Jain and Anil K Agarwal. The board will continue for two years. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange the company said the following .“K Ramalingam and O P Vaish have been withdrawn as Government Directors whereas Anil K Agarwal... and Ved Jain shall continue (to) be the government directors on the board of Maytas Infra,”  The sources say that IL & FS Chairman Ravi Parthasarathy will be the Chairman of the six member board.
