The International Olympic Committee which decides on all matters related to Olympic games decided to include Rugby and Golf in Olympic games both for the 2016 and the 2020 summer games. “There are millions of young golfers worldwide who would be proud to represent their country,” “It would be an honor for anyone who plays this game to become an Olympian.”, said Tiger woods. Tiger woods had earlier made it clear that he would play for the 2016 olympic games if golf was accepted. Golf was approved 63-27 with two abstentions. Rugby was voted in 81-8 with one abstention.
