Maradonna may retire the coming week [Wednesday, October 7, 2009]
Former football legend and the current Argentinian football coach Diego Maradonna said that he might resign after the final two world cup matches which would happen in the coming week. The matches would be against Peru and Uruguay. The current scenario might lead up to a situation where the team might not appear in the World Cup match that is to be held in South Africa. Mardonna's ineffectiveness as a coach has been highly criticized although he had excellent players like Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Manchester City's Carlos Tevez to form a good team. Maradonna said that he would decide on his plans after consultation with Julio Grondona, who is the head of the Argentine Federation.
