Kollywood actor Arya was the dietitian of Madhavan at the sets of Vettai. "Yes, I put a lot of restrictions to Madhavan and ensured that he took a balanced food.I am a great fan of Madhavan and became too close with him within days the shoot has started. We treat ourselves like brothers and surprisingly, he shares his birthday with my brother. So there are no words to describe our closeness," Arya said. "Madhavan is a complete foodie. But I will not allow him to eat much. Also I ensured that he worked out every day. At one point of time, he became too afraid to eat in front of me. Such was my torture to him." Arya added. Their flick Vettai will hit screens without delay.  "Both of us are confident that Vettai would taste big success. Director Lingusamy gave nothing but his best to the movie, besides extracting the best from us." Arya said.
