Kollywood director Prabhu SOlomon is all pleased with the progress of his upcoming project, 'Kumi'. The flick has Sivaji Ganesan's grandson Vikram Prabhu in this movie, as the protagonist. "Kumki is a love story between Bomman (played by Vikram Prabhu), a caretaker of elephants and Alli (played by Mollywood actress Lakshmi Menon), a tribal girl. Vikram Prabhu did enough homework to fit himself to the role.Besides shedding light on love and life in the forest, the film will have enough importance for comedy. It's going to be a very good entertainer and we are planning to wind up the shooting as soon as possible," says the director. The flick is expected to hit screens in the early half of next year.
