The much awaited audio release of '3' will be held on December 23 at the St George School's grounds in Chennai. The team has announced that the function will be a modest one with team members, audience and a handful of exciting performances from young artists.

Sun TV is said to have bagged the broadcast rights of this audio launch for a whooping price. The audio release of the flick is on the same date as that of Nanban. The whole nation is awaiting the video picturisation of the song 'Why this kolaveri..?' after it had turned a global hit. Music lovers are also awaiting the remaining songs of the flick. The music of '3' is scored by young music director, Anirudh.
