Ace kollywood director Maniratnam is fast progressing with the shooting of his next project, titled Pookadai.  This film will see Karthik's son, Gautham along with Radha's second daughter Thulasi.

 

Both the debutant actors are asked to keep away from the media, as Mr Ratnam is planning to introduce them as fresh faces in the flicks. It is also said that Mani Ratnam held a test shoot to test the chemistry between his lead stars which turned out well. He has instructed his team to be secrective about Poookadai. The shooting of the flick will soon go on floors. The music of the flick will be composed by A R Rahman.
