Academy award winning music director A R Rahman will direct the music for the next Rajani starrer 'Kochadaiyaan'. The flick is an animation venture which has Rajanikanth in the lead.  

 

The scripting and screenplay is being taken care of by KS Ravikumar. Soundarya Rajinikanth will be directing this venture which is touted to be a precursor to his 'Rana.' All past projects of Rahman and Rajanikanth has been hit in the box office. Kochadaiyaan is also expected to meet the same standards. The film will be based on a historical background and will be centering on the life of Pandya king.
