Ace music director Illayaraja's wife passed away on monday night due to a sudden cardiac arrest. The music director was in Hyderabad as his wife passed away. Sources close to the music director said that Jeeva complained of chest pain around 9 pm on monday. She was admitted to a hospital and doctors gave her emergency treatment, but could not save her. Jeeva and Illayaraja has three children - Karthik Raja, Yuvan Shankar Raja and Bhavadharini.
