Ace south indian actor Siddharth is all set to don the lead in a flick taht will be directed by Roger Spottoswoode, who made James Bond flick 'Tomorrow never dies'. The actor will don the role of ace Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujam, who defined many important math theories.
"Roger was thoroughly impressed by Siddharth's performance in Rang De Basanti, which was recommended to him by one of his friends. He immediately decided that the actor should play Srinivasa Ramanujam in his next movie. Siddharth was thrilled to get a call from Roger and he went to England to listen the script, which impressed him. The actor immediately expressed his consent to be part of the movie, which he hopes would take him to international audience,", said close sources. The south indian actor who debutted through the flick Boys is a popular face in tamil, telugu, hindi and kannada. The actor is currently a part of Deepa Mehta's flick which is an adaptation of Salman Rushidie's 'Midnight's Children'.
