Kollywood actress Genelia D'Souza will pair up with actor Dhanush in the flick 'Mareesan' which wikk be produced by UTV Motion pictures. The flick will be made with a whopping budegt of over 30 crores. The team is yet to officially announce the lead actors.

Genelia and Dhanush had earlier paired up for the flick, Uthamaputhiran. The actress has kitty full of offers from north, and south, including mollywood projects. Dhanush is busy at the sets of '3' directed by his wife, Aishwarya. 3 has Shruthi Hassan in the lead. Mareesan will be a fantasy entertainer set in the 12th century. The music of the flick will be directed by G V Prakash. The shooting of the flick is expected to go on floors by the end of 2011.
