Kollywood actor Vijay who was extremely pleased with the climax scene of Velayudham has gifted gold chains to each of his technicians.

"Director Jayam M Raja recently screened the climax scene for Vijay. Ilayathalapathy was so impressed and he strongly felt that it would create a big impact among the masses. He immediately wanted to gift something to the technicians, without whose help such a massive climax scene would not have been possible. He ordered gold chains and personally gifted them to the heads of the various departments.", said close sources. The flick is produced by Ascar Ravichandran and has Hansika Motwani and Genelia D'souza as female leads. The audio launch of the flick is scheduled in Madurai on August 28.
