Kollywood actor Karthi Sivakumar became the brand ambassador for Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSD),and called for media support for the campaign.

The actor visited the LSD affected people in chennai and met the press at the event. Speaking to the media he said that 15 percent of the patients are curable and called for media support to promote the campaign. "Experts in the field say only six out of 40 LSDs can be cured through treatment such as enzyme replacement therapy. I request corporate firms and other institutions to donate to the cause and lend a helping hand to the affected children.", said the actor.
