The bachan couples - Abhishek and Aiswarya was starring in Maniratnam's Ravan in Hindi. The Tamil version of the same movie has Aiswarya and Vikram acting as pairs. The movie is titled as Ashokavanam in tamil. The other members in the team include Prabhu,Prithviraj,Priyamani and Karthik. The main scenes were shot in forests of kerala and a song sequence was shot in North India. The other scenes are to be shot in Calcutta and the team has proceeded to calcutta. Aiswarya had acted in holly wood film Pink Panther. This project began soon after that. Lets all wait and see how the former Miss Universe has changed after her last movie in tamil,Iruvar.
