Tamil Nadu government announced the list of Kalaimamani award recipients on friday night. The award is instituted by the government to honour talents in the Tamil film industry. This years recipients included Arya, Anushka, Tamannah, Rajiv Menon, Karunaas, Saranya, Rohini and Chinni Jayanth .The award will be presented by Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi at a function that will be held on March 13. The awards presented by the State-backed Tamil Nadu Iyal Isai Nadaga Mandram recognise excellence in the field of art and literature.
