The hindi remake of Vinnaithandi Varuvaya starring Pratiek Babbar and british model Amy Jackson has been called off in the last week. Director Gautham Menon had lot of hopes on the project, but there were more than few constraints that he had to face. The lead actor Prateik Babbar backed out of the project and the crew was trying hard to find a replacement . Later Amy Jackson was also quite uncomfortable with the role assigned to her. So the director and the crew decided to call off the project for the time being. We are yet to hear from the sources on any plans to rework on the project .
