Ace Kollywood actor Siddharth has been roped by Deepa Mehta for the flick 'Midnight's Children'. The film will be based on the book by Salman Rushidie, titled the same. “It's official. I'm very happy to be part of the very talented Deepa Mehta's epic international film salman rushdie's "Midnights Children".”, the actor was quoted as saying. This is another great opportunity that Siddharth has bagged after the hit flick 'Rang De Basanti' . The flick will also have Shabana Azmi, Nandita Das, Seema Biswas, Irrfan Khan, Soha Ali Khan and Shriya Saran sharing the screen space with Siddharth. The flick is expected to hit the screens by the beginning of September, next year.
