Veteran Kollywood actor Kamal Hassan has come forward to promote 'Pettralthan Pillaiya’, a campaign that will support children who have contracted HIV. The actor donated Rs 7.50 lakhs for the campaign. He will also be the ambassador for the campaign. Close sources also report that the actor has plans to rope in his close colleagues to promote the campaign. The campaign was launched by Population Service International (PSI) in collaboration with a popular FM Channel in chennai.
