Kollywood beauty Divya Spandana will play the female lead in the Kannada remake of 'Vinnaithandi Varuvaya'. The flick will be produced by Gautham Menon's Photon Production house. Divya had earlier acted in Gautham's 'Varnam Ayiram'. However the project would start off only after Divya and Gautham completes there current commitments. “The actress will play the female lead in the Kannada remake of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’, which will be produced by Gautham himself. Shooting is expected to start soon. However, this project will take off only after some time as both are busy with their prior commitments”, sources close to the actress said.
