The Madras Principal Family Court on wednesday issued notices to Kollywood actor Prabhu Deva and actress Nayanatara based on an affidavit filed by Prabhu Deva's wife Latha. Latha lodged a petition with the Madras High court stating that he husband has neglected the family and children after he entered into the alleged relationship with Nayantara. She stated that her two children were not taken care of and that Prabhu deva had even stopped coming to the house. Latha also said that her family was dependent on her husband for daily household expenses and for the expenditure on the children. The court has slated the case to october 19 for a detailed study.
