The shooting of KOllywood flick Uthamaputhiran starring Dhanush and Genelia is fast progressing in Tirunelveli and Chennai. The director of the movie Mithran Jawahar ensured that the flick would be a complete commercial entertainer. “The scene was canned in Tirunelveli and Manimangalam near Chennai for 10 days. It’s not the usual chasing sequence you see in films. It’s narrated with loads of action, fun and slapstick comedy”, the director was quoted as saying. Sources close to the director said that the movie will be ready for release by the end of the year.
