Academy award winner A R Rahman's much awaited Common Wealth Games anthem was launched publicly on saturday. The music director had made a few changes in the initial version. Sources said that the tempo of the song was stepped up and additions were made to the lyrics in the new version. “We have put in a lot of hard work and we are all very excited to turn it into a memorable experience. I am curious to know how older, intelligent people, who have years of wisdom, will react to it. The song is dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, the father of this great nation.”, the musician was quoted as saying .
