Bharathiraja to wield the megaphone for a rural theme [Wednesday, August 25, 2010]
Ace Kollywood dircetor Bharathiraja is all set to don the director's cap yet again, this time for a village oriented theme. Bharathiraja will direct the flick 'Appan Aatha' shortly. The flick is based on the story of an old man and his three sons. Kollywood actors Cheran, Ameer and Seeman are roped in for playing the role of the sons. As for the old man, Bharathiraja has Chiyan Vikram in mind. However, the actor is yet to confirm the project. The music of the flick will be scored by Harris Jayaraj. The movie will be the first project of Bharathiraja this year. His last venture was 'Bommalattam' with Arjun and Nana Patekar in the lead.
