Vijay's upcoming flick Kaavalkkaran is under the limelight yet again for a third time change of title. The flick is now titled as 'Kavaalan' in reponse to the neutral reaction by Vijay fans to the second name. The shooting of the flick is progressing in various parts of chennai. Meanwhile, the director of the flick, Shakthi Chidambaram, has acquired the release and reprint rights of the movie which came as a shock to many.
