Bollywood stars Vidya Balan and Anil Kapoor will fly to Chennai to attend the Gollapudi Srinivas Memorial award function. Anil and Vidya will be the chief guests of the event. The prestigious award is instituted to honour the Best Directorial Debut in Indian cinema. The award will be bagged by young director Amit Rai for the flick 'Road to Sangam'. The award was presented to Amir Khan in 2008 for his directorial venture, Taare Zameen Par.
