Like in the past years, the Indo-Cine Appreciation Foundation is getting set to launch the year's International Film Festival. The foundation is joining hands with South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce and Film Federation of India to host the Chennai International Film Festival, 2010. The secretary of ICAF said that the festival will attract the attention of the world film industry to Chennai as the organization is taking steps for greater publicity and doubling the budget. “Apart from the Woodlands multiplex, where we normally screen movies, SIFCC's theatre will be one more addition like last year. We are expecting support from the Tamil Nadu government and other bodies of Tamil cinema", said Thangaraj. The advisory panel of the festival comprise of reknowned actors like Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Kushboo,Revathy, Rohini and Rama Narayanan.
