Kollywood theatre owners decided on tuesday to withdraw all sort of support to actor Vijay as the actor failed to compensate for their losses . Vijay's flicks like  ‘Azhagia Tamil Magan’, ‘Kuruvi’, ‘Villu’, ‘Vettaikaran’ and ‘Sura’ did not do well in the box office and resulted in great losses to the distributors. “But the movies failed to generate good revenues at the box office and forced us to face huge losses. Following this, we requested the actor to partly compensate the money we lost and share our burden.Since we are yet to get a positive reply from him, we have decided not to extend cooperation to the forthcoming films of Vijay.” , said the representatives of the theatre association. Meanwhile, the actor has has banked his full confidence on his forthcoming venture Velayudham, and his next by Linguswamy.
