Kandaahar, an upcoming mollywood flick based on a passenger plane hijack has an impressive cast according to director Major Ravi. Besides Mohanlal, and Amitabh Bachan who will be seen in important roles, the flick will have Unaipol Oruvan fame Ganesh Venkataraman doning the role of a commando. The young actor was directly recommended by Mohanlal for the flick after being impressed by his acting skills in Unaipol Oruvan in which he donned the role of a police officer. The actor has undergone a tough training session to give the best to his role in Kandahaar. The final cast of Kandahaar is yet to be known. The flick is directed by Major Ravi who has now earned a reputation for directing army oriented or military operation based flicks.
