Veteran Indian director Mani Ratanam will join hands with Illayaraja's son and ace music director Yuvan Sahankar Raja in an upcoming hindi flick that will be produced by Madras Talkies. The movie will be directed by Mani's assistant Shivakumar. The film will have Vivek Oberoi donning the lead role. The tamil version of it will have kollywood actor Silambarasan donning the lead role. “I have been roped in for a Hindi movie to be produced by Mani Ratnam and directed by Shivakumar. I am excited to be a part of the project. It is going to be a different attempt.” said Yuvan confirming the news.
