Kollywood actress Padmapriya wants a short break from the conventional kind of movies. She is looking forward to do a commercial flick now. “I am a great fan of humour. And I want to be part of a masala entertainer, which would be a romantic comedy. I would like to break the myth that I am fit for serious roles alone. I am happy that I was able to bag different kind of roles so early in my career.
Neeli of ‘Pazhassi Raja’ is a perfect example,” said the actress. She made her bollywood debut through Siddharth starrer 'Striker'. She is awaiting the release of her latest kollywood project 'Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singham' which will hit the screens this week end. The flick as Padmapriya playing the role of a village beauty who is the daughter of a much respected man in the village. The flick has Larencce Raghavendra and Chimbudevan in the lead.
