Kollywood super actor Vikram is all set to direct his first movie in tamil. Sources close to the actor said that he is always in the set learning the basics from his colleagues. “I am moving towards direction with every film. I am learning it whenever I am on the sets. It’s a long process and it’s subliminal. And I want it to execute it after I feel happy and satisfied about the knowledge I acquired,”

“Acting in films is like playing chess for me. I want to try something different each time. This is the reason behind my contemporaries complete four times by the time I am ready with just one movie of mine,” said Chiyan Vikram. Regarding his much awaited project with Mani Ratnam he siad that he is the protagonist in the tamil version and the villain in the hindi version. He owed his acting in the movie to the efforts of director Mani Ratnam. It may also be that that the actor is inspired by director Mani Ratnam who is a perfectionist at the sets.
