Academy award winning music director A R Rahman has completed his assignment for the upcoming World Classical Tamil Conference that is to be held in Coimbatore. He was vested with the task of tuning a song that is penned by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.

The song will be the theme song of the conference. The rough version of the song is already out and is said to have won the appreciation of all the audience so far. “This song will be to Tamil Nadu and Tamilians what Vande Mataram is to India. It is outstanding,” said Vairamuthu who heard the song.  The song was also appreciated by Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi and others. Well, we'll soon listen to the next Jai Ho in praise of Tamil Nadu in no time....!!
