Seeman's anticipatory bail plea granted [Thursday, February 11, 2010]
The Madras High Court gave anticipatory bail to film maker seeman in a case related to attack on actor Jayaram's Chennai residence. Justice Basha who granted the anticipatory bail petition said that in an event of arrest, seeman should be bailed after executing a bond worth 25,000 signed by two sureties. The judge also added that the director should be reporting to the Valsaravakkam police regularly for two weeks.The arrest of Seeman came as a result of the attack launched by cadres of 'Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam' in which Seeman is the leader.
