The whole of Kollywood came together as a big family on saturday to felicitate Chief Minister M Karunanidhi on his contributions to the film world. The night turned out to be a memorable one with exceptional performance of kollywood actors and actresses and by the remarkable music of the ace singers. Actor Kamal Hasan also put up a wonderful performance of a play that was penned by the Chief Minister. The Chief Guest of the function was bollywood actor Amitabh Bachan who sat by the whole show expressing solidarity to the kollywood actors initiative. As expected kollwood sizzling pairs Nayantara and Prabhu Deva , and other young actors and actresses set the stage on fire. The event was attended by all artists from the industry and by the public.
