Kollywood film director Seeman was arrested in connection with the recent attack on actor Jayaram's Chennai residence. The police said that the actor instigated the attack on the actor in connection with the comment that he made on his tamil house help. The police who arrested eight persons in connection with the attack said that director seeman's brother was also among those arrested. The Chief Minister M Karunanidhi who responded to the issue said that actor Jayaram was highly apologetic for his comments and that it would be better to leave the matter at that without further issues. The Chief Minister also said that as the actor was apologetic what was to be done was to go by former Chief Minister C N Annadurai's take to 'Forget and Forgive'.
