Kollywood comedian Vadivelu accused his colleague Singamuthu for cheating him by forging documents of property and amassing crores of rupees after threatning him. Vadivelu lodged a complaint with Police Commissioner T Rajendran demanding action against Singamuthu. The duo has acted in many films in the past and were very thick friends. However, with the upcoming of the fraud, both have resorted to legal action. "Singamuthu helped me buy some properties. However, I came to know many of my documents were forged during the Income Tax raid at my place recently. Hence I lodged a complaint with the City Police Commissioner on Tuesday. Following this, Singamuthu is now threatening me with dire consequences. I am hopeful that the police would take appropriate action against him," said the much upset Vadivelu.The news of the fraud has shocked the film community.
