The CM will make his moves for establishing a university exclusively for tamil and Indian music in Chennai. The proposal for the same will be mooted during the World Classical Tamil Conference that is due to happen this month. The request for the same has been lodged by all reknowned musicians of the state, particularly Illayaraja. The music director is also expected to be vested with the charges of setting up the University in the state.
