Kollywood's long time hero Ajith requested that Vijay should step into politics only if that would ensure happiness in his family circles, friends, and fans. If that cannot happen, then Ajith pleads that Vijay should not enter politics. “As a well-wisher of him, I would like to tell Vijay to do things which would bring happiness to people around him. At the same time, I am aware that a decision on entering politics is his personal and I have no right to interfere in it,” said the actor. The actor said that he is turning  40 and that he was considering the fact that life is short and so he choose to do films with only the top most quality.
