Oscar winning film technician Resul Pookutty is planning to start an institute in Dubai to train the prospective people who would like to make a difference in the technical side of the entertainment industry. The project is formed under the RP foundation and Resul describes it as an attempt to help those young people with technical training for which they rely on information technology these days. “Unless information is backed by knowledge, we will be creating a generation facing a vacuum. RP Foundation will be an attempt to bridge the gap. The foundation would hopefully bring people with similar ideas,” says Mr Pookutty.
