Sarath Kumar, President of the South Indian Film Artists Association said in a meeting on monday that they would seek action against a Tamil daily that alleged in a article that many female artists were involved in sex work in the industry. Mr Sarath Kumar said that the association planned to give a complaint against the daily in the Press Council of India and also said that they would approach the Chief Minister M  Karunnaidhi, who is the senior most member of the industry.  “We will also approach Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, who is the senior most member of the film industry,” said Mr Sarath. The actor also said that the meeting of the association that would be convened on wednesday would decide on the further course of action.
